California is a big state with big challenges. Under the guise of "reform," extremists want to further cripple our state legislature's ability to tackle these problems. The part-time legislature initiative will give us inexperienced lawmakers, shift the balance of power to the Governor, and put the special interests more in control of what goes on in Sacramento.
